Nandini Jolly - Stories - Women's History Month 2014

Nandini Jolly - Stories - Women's History Month 2014

I'm the founder, CEO and President of a software
technology company, CryptoMill technologies.
I was Director at Deloitte
in the risk management side.
Prior to that I was at the Bank of America in the treasury side
and an opportunity came through where a friend of mine
invited me to take part in the startup.
It's been a tremendous journey of recognizing that life
is full of ups and downs and it is not what happens to us
but how we deal with it.
I've had some awesome people that have guided me,
senior women in the Privacy Commissioner's office,
and Rebecca MacDonald who was with Direct Energy in the early
days when I took on this role, have continued to encourage me
to recognize that all things are possible.
If you have that combination of immense faith in yourself
and the ability to be patient, the world is your oyster.
