Purpose: This 36 month project works to address barriers to economic security faced by immigrant and visible minority women in Lethbridge, Alberta. The organization will leverage its existing networks in Lethbridge, Brooks, Taber, High River, and Medicine Hat to complete a gender based analysis of economic security issues for the target population. Once an economic action plan is developed for Lethbridge, it will be shared and act as a template for other communities in Southern Alberta.
