Purpose: This 36-month project will produce a community plan for improving the economic security of the women living mainly in the RCM of Lac-Saint-Jean and on the Masteuiash reserve. A working committee consisting of the organization and leading local experts will identify the difficulties, issues and challenges experienced by the women in these communities based on consultations, results of the gender-based analysis and the perceptions of municipal decision-makers.
