Disclosure of Grant and Contribution Awards

Recipient Name: Société d’aide aux développements des collectivités des Laurentides
Location: Sainte-Adèle, Quebec
Date: 2014-11-03
Value: $147,285.00
Type: Grant
Purpose: This 30-month project will pilot a sustainable mentorship model to address barriers that limit the advancement of women entrepreneurs in two regional county municipalities in the Laurentian region. In collaboration with regional partners, the project will develop and pilot a model which meets the specific needs of women entrepreneurs following the start-up of their business. The model will be integrated into the organizations’ regular programming and made available to Anglophone women entrepreneurs for whom fewer services are available. The Conseil régional en mentorat des Laurentides will also adopt the model to increase its availability within the regional entrepreneurial community.
