| Purpose: | This 36-month project will work to increase the economic prosperity of women employed in the care-giving sector including child care, home support, community residences, and special care homes in New Brunswick. The project will strengthen relationships and work collaboratively with key stakeholders, such as educational institutions, employers, professional organizations, and the provincial government to address institutional barriers that limit women's retention and advancement in the sector. The organization will work with stakeholders in developing and implementing effective approaches to integrate changes in home care internal policies, funding structures, and standardized training to increase women’s economic prosperity. |
