It's Time to End Gender-Based Violence

It's Time to End Gender-Based Violence

Women are almost four times more likely
than men to experience intimate partner violence.

Indigenous women experienced violence at a rate 2.7
times higher than that reported by non-Indigenous women.

Gay, lesbian or bisexual individuals are three times more
likely than heterosexuals to report experiencing violence.

Gender-based violence must end.

It’s time!

It’s time...
to speak out against gender-based violence.

It’s time...
to stop tolerating degrading language about the LGBTQ2 community.

It’s time...
to teach our children about healthy relationships.

It’s time...
to believe survivors.

It’s time...
to take action.

It’s time...
to raise our sons to respect women.

It’s time...
to stop victim-blaming.
