Judy Lynn Archer: Canadian Pioneer

There's never really been a better time in the history of
Canada for women to consider working in the trades.
We have a very healthy economy in Canada and at the same time,
we have a trades workforce that is retiring in droves.
So it's creating a demand for a new workforce to come in and
hopefully come in now while the guys that really have all the
experience are still in those jobs and they can transfer that
knowledge to us as women coming into the workforce.
Being around equipment is exhilarating, it's challenging,
and the confidence that you gain in that type of environment,
it's irreplaceable.
