Purpose: | Through a series of speakers, tours, and partnering with Cowichans Regions community women's groups, women of immigrant and visible minority background will develop their leadership skills and increase their sense of safety in their community. The project will assist women in learning about available security resources, accessing these resources and connecting with other womens groups.
