Purpose: The project will promote lasting integration of women and keeping a greater number of them in occupations connected with the construction industry. The activities will include: mentoring among women already employed and 30 new recruits; knowledge exchanges with women in the industry’s decision-making bodies; and the provision of tools and coaching to 45 women at risk of leaving the industry. At the end of the project, 34 of these women will still be employed and 30 will have increased their salary range. 30 new recruits will have received mentoring and 5 women will be involved with the construction industry’s decision-making bodies. Moreover, through coaching and the workshops on equality practices, 200 managers will have introduced tangible actions promoting blended work teams.
