Disclosure of Grant and Contribution Awards
|Recipient Name:||Community YWCA of Muskoka|
|Purpose:||This 36-month project will develop a community economic plan for women living in the communities of Gravenhurst, Bracebridge, and Huntsville, with a particular focus on low-income, under-employed and unemployed women. The project will establish Womens Economic Development Circles in each district/community with a wide variety of community stakeholders as members. The Circles will collect gender disaggregated data as well as carry out a gender-based analysis to inform the consultation process prior to the development of the community plan. Stakeholders will then be invited to collaborate on the development and implementation of the community plan.|
