Purpose: | This 24-month project will address violence against women and girls in Dartmouth North, Nova Scotia. The project will engage local partners and young women aged 12 to 25 to identify the underlying systemic issues leading to gender-based violence in their neighbourhood. Promising strategies to address gender-based violence will be identified, adapted and piloted to reduce the incidence of violence against women and girls in the community. |
