| Purpose: | This 24 month project will address institutional barriers and other factors that limit community efforts to prevent and reduce violence against women in the Parc-Extension neighbourhood in Montréal. Women and girls will identify conditions which lead to increased risks violence in the community through a variety of methods such as safety audits. The organization will engage partners through an active network to identify promising strategies to address these risks and pilot a community-based initiative to address violence against women. |
