Purpose: | This 24-month project will work to prevent and respond to sexual violence against women and girls in Prince Edward Island. The project will build collaboration between key stakeholders and community partners to identify and address barriers that limit their ability to respond to the needs of victims of sexual violence. A collaborative provincial strategy will be developed with Island sexual assault centres to share and implement best practices and develop a protocol to coordinate efforts to improve support services for women and girls. |
