Purpose: | This 34-month project will increase opportunities for women's advancement within the electricity sector through the piloting of a sustainable mentorship model. Women in the industry will help identify gaps in programs and services, as well as the needs and barriers they face in accessing opportunities and advancing within the industry. In collaboration with local colleges and industry stakeholders, including private companies, a mentorship model will be developed and piloted in Ontario and Manitoba. |
