| Purpose: | This 36-month project will work to improve women’s economic prosperity by increasing their retention in non-traditional fields. The organization will collaborate with local women working in skilled trades and technical professions to develop a collaborative support strategy for companies, which will include a user guide to diagnose barriers, and action plans to improve retention of women. The strategy will be piloted within three companies from various sectors and shared via the Réseau des tables régionales de groupes de femmes du Québec. |
