Disclosure of Grant and Contribution Awards
|Recipient Name:||Ensemble for the respect of diversity|
|Purpose:||This 33-month project will work to eliminate violence against women and girls by improving preventive practices in eight secondary schools in the Montreal region. In collaboration with youth and key education partners, working committees composed of school staff and students will be created to develop violence prevention strategies in each school. Students will then lead strategies and activities to engage the student population in addressing violence against and women and girls. The strategies will be evaluated, and knowledge, best practices and projects results will be shared with stakeholders to allow replication in other schools across the province.|
