|Purpose: ||This 36-month project will work to improve safety and performance for women in the workplace who are victims of Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) in Saskatchewan. In collaboration with women and key partners such as labour unions and employers, barriers and solutions to IPV and its effect on women employees will be identified to ensure women are not disadvantaged or re-victimized by the lack of supportive workplace policies and procedures. A model will be developed, piloted, and evaluated that will contribute to a provincial framework. The project results and education material will be shared with stakeholders and organizations interested in implementing the model in their respective workplaces in Saskatchewan and nation-wide. Supplement: PATHS is one of 15 organizations participating in a pilot project with SAMETRICA to develop a social impact measurement framework for projects funded under the call for proposal theme Working in Partnership to End Violence Against Women and Girls. The supplement will extend the 12 month evaluation pilot to 36 months, in order to effectively capture results for the full length of the projects of all participating organizations.
