|Purpose:||This 36-month project will address pay inequity in the private sector in New Brunswick in partnership with provincial and community organizations, unions and employers. The project will develop a strategic plan to identify and implement solutions and strategies to address pay inequity. The plan will include the provision of guidelines for private sector employers; the development of new provincial public policies and/or legislation; and, the implementation of strategies in private sector organizations.|
