| Purpose: | This 36-month project will seek to reduce violence against women by improving existing provincial family services and justice system practices which impact women and children fleeing domestic violence. Through partnerships and engagement, the organization will work with key stakeholders to review and develop recommendations to modify existing policies, structures and practices to better respond to victims of violence. Promising approaches will be piloted through partner agencies and will be shared with government policy makers and sector leaders to promote their uptake. |
