Disclosure of Grant and Contribution Awards
|Recipient Name:||Table de concertation en violence conjugale de Montréal|
|Purpose:||This 36-month project will improve supports for women in situations of domestic violence where mental health, substance and child abuse are also factors. Community and institutional stakeholders in three regions of Quebec from sectors such as violence, mental health, drug addiction and child protection will share expertise that will inform the development of an effective collaborative intersectoral model. The model will be piloted and recommendations made to improve existing clinical practices and approaches. A permanent committee will develop annual action plans to track implementation and tools, including a best practice guide, will be made widely available to promote the model and its sustainability.|
